HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
You will see results after one session and often these results are significant. Reinforcement is highly recommended to maintain success. Generally speaking, I recommend three to six sessions but you and I can decide together what works best for you. It is important to note, that the more complex and deeply-rooted the issue is, the more sessions are needed. Each session that follows, will reinforce the pervious session. Again, we will decide together what works best for you.
IS HYPNOSIS SAFE?
Yes, hypnosis is a natural state of mind. We all experience hypnosis in our lives. When you tune-out anything you are not consciously focused on, you are in a hypnotic trance. When you drive while absorbed in thoughts, it feels like you have “shut out” the world. However, if someone cuts you off, you quickly snap back to complete consciousness - and slam on your brakes!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL HYPNOSIS AND STAGE HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis should always be conducted by a certified professional, like myself, with accreditation from a hypnosis institution. (For example: the National Guild of Hypnotists) ) Stage hypnotists may also be certified but they use their skills for entertainment purposes, not for personalized empowerment.
